Puneet Garg is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) with more than 18 years of experience in diverse areas of Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Forensics and Finance.
He had been associated with Alchemist Group of companies, Hyundai Motors, Samsung Electronics India, Panasonic India and DCM Shriram Industries. He has in-depth experience of performing internal audit assignments and conducting fraud examination as a team member and team leader. Puneet has lead various assignments across the globe including Dubai, Saudi and UK to name a few.
Apart from a successful Corporate career, he has taught thousands of aspirants academically and help them enrich their skills in the field of audit and fraud examination.
Praveen Verma has approximately 2 decades of experience in corporate governance advisory and fraud risk assessments.
His domain areas of experience include Internal audits, Implementing Enterprise Risk Management framework, IFC advisory, process optimization, compliance studies, and multi-locational audit engagements. Experience in more than 20 industries i.e. Energy, Logistics, Hotels, agriculture systems, IT & ITeS, Banking, Media and entertainment, Paper manufacturing, tech companies, NGO, Automotive, Money exchanging business, and FMCG.
He is a writer/co-writer for 2 publications for ICAI on “Risk-based Internal auditing” and “Technical Guide on Hotel Industry”
Chetan Bhasin is a qualified CA, CS, IIM Lucknow, Cert IFRS (ICAI), Cert FX TM (ICAI) with more than 15 years of experience.
He had been associated with CDBL, Magna Powertrain India, Archean Chemicals Ltd, etc and having experience of improving the Internal Financial controls by setting up process, Credit control and handing Treasury operations. Chetan has also headed the finance functions of cross border divisions including Singapore, Indonesia, Nepal and Peru.
Along with a successful corporate career, he is a corporate trainer and have trained thousands of professionals in Finance and Treasury operations. He is also NISM certified and SEBI registered research analyst and train the aspirants looking to make career in Credit Control and Commercial domains.
